Texas Law Firm Sues Ticketmasters on Behalf of Fans

Texas law firm Kinder Law is suing Ticketmaster and Live Nation saying they colluded to drive up prices for fans trying to purchase tickets to the Taylor Swift concert. The interesting angle in this lawsuit is that complaint says Ticketmaster and Livenation engaged “in a pattern of racketeering activity” and thereby violated the federal RICO Act.
